We are recruiting for a successful mortgage brokers in Horsham who require an Administrator to join their growing Team

Hours : Mon - Friday 09.00 - 17.30

The Role

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide guidance and updates to clients, mortgage advisers and lenders.
- Working as part of a team to provide a comprehensive administrative service.
- Provide weekly progress reports to the mortgage advisers.
- Ensure that all enquiries about mortgage cases are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to the mortgage advisers where appropriate.
- Ensure that required documentation is received and processed in a timely manner.
- Answer telephone calls, taking messages and passing on accurately to the relevant teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience of working in Administration in the mortgage industry.
- Computer literate..
- Good attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- A confident telephone manner & excellent customer service & Empathy
