**About us**:
**Job Purpose**:
To provide a proactive administrative support service within a Business Unit to ensure the efficient use of the team’s time and assist them in pursuing their business objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage, report and coordinate technical and financial records.
- Manage incoming phone calls, mail and correspondence, provide a first line response for team communications and ensure that all requests, orders, invoices are progressed in a timely manner, complying with all procedural requirements and internal audit regulations.
- Manage and co-ordinate team diaries and schedules and that the itinerary is always clearly communicated to all relevant parties.
- Organize various meetings, briefings and events as required.
- Provide a minute taking and distribution service for key meetings as required.
- Support and work with fellow members of the team to ensure that the movements and activities are coordinated and maximize their impact on business performance.
- Ensure access to up to date information is available at all times and bringing any significant issues to the attention of the management team as appropriate.

**Supervisory/Interpersonal
- Experience Required**:

- Experience of liaising with senior members of staff, internally and externally.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably educated to GCSE Level standard with Maths and English (or equivalent) - 5 x GCSE’s Grade C or above including English and Maths or equivalent
