To plan, co-ordinate, assess and review the learning activities associated with learners in the workplace.
- Deliver off the job training, some of which will be delivered remotely.
- Assess learners in and out of the work place
- Work with employers to achieve high success rates for apprentices
- Complete records associated with assessments, delivery materials and off the job training
- Level 5 qualification or equivalent in the vocational area
- Minimum level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above or equivalent)
- Desirable: To have an assessor qualification and an IQA qualification
- Experience of teaching, training peers or transferring skills to others.
