**Machine Operator**

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Operators to join our team at Oldham.

Reporting into the Shift Manager and working within a team you will be responsible for running high-speed machinery efficiently and effectively.

We need motivated self-starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area. This means working to high standards - encouraging others to keep those same standards, with an eye for detail to pick up on possibly quality challenges

**Key areas of responsibility**
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental Procedures and Regulations
- Achieve output Targets set through effective teamworking
- Complete all relevant daily production checks
- Carry out Operator Quality Checks to standard defined in Quality Procedure
- Follow SWPs.
- Completes required production paperwork.

**The Person**
- Ability to work rotating shift pattern - (3-Shifts: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm)
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure
- A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good practical skills

**Knowledge, Training and Experience required**
- Ideally experienced machine operator in FMCG environment
- Somebody who is motivated, proactive & who has a positive approach to their work
- Somebody who is flexible & who will help to support the business deliver a high-quality customer service
- Health & Safety and Quality Awareness
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping
