**Procurement Officer /Procurement Assistant/ Accounts Payable Assistant**

**As Procurement Officer/Procurement Assistant/ Accounts Payable Assistant you will**:

- Proactive approach to developing andmaintaining relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to improve the organization's procurement processes.
- Lead on providing solutions for complex agreements with suppliers and getting these approved by heads of departments.
- Obtain and get contracts signed off where required, with the responsibility of maintaining contracts and advising business of the context.
- Own the accounts’ payable function, ensuring all invoices are posted at month’s end.

**Requirements**:
**For this position you can be either**:

- Experienced in Procurement and desire to move into Accounting and Finance

OR
- Experienced in Procurement with a keen interest in Fintech

**Ideally you will have**:

- 1-2 years experiencein Procurement.
- Previous experience in a supply chain role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Inquisitive and strong communication skills.
- Negotiating Skills
