**Pay Rate: £18.27**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Working Hours: Weekdays 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our passionate and driven team in Hertfordshire

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Performing compliance and regular Pre Planned Maintenance activities as directed by the maintenance supervisor.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults to the building services plant, assets, and equipment.
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, provision of safe isolation (LOTO) and recording of compliance documentation to ensure that relevant standards are met.
- To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria and downtime of equipment is kept to a minimum.
- To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out, including completing required documents, and paperwork and ensuring site logbooks are up to date.
- Working safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Atalian Servest H&S policy.

**About You**:

- The latest 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations would be desirable
- Experience in providing building services maintenance within a corporate environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience with the use of CMMS systems (FSI GO/Concept evolution) is desirable. (Full training will be given)
- Full clean driving licence
- Must be willing to undertake a multi-functional role when required to do so.
- The engineer will be expected to support the business with regard to issuing contractors with permits to work, for which suitable training will be provided.
- You may be required to carry out additional duties not listed above but that is felt to be reasonable and commensurate with the post.
