If you have experience working with children in any capacity, we can train you, place you and start your career as a Teaching Assistant today. Been a carer, nanny, child-minder, parent or something similar? **These are transferrable skills schools are currently looking for**.

You role as a Primary Teaching Assistant would be filling positions on a supply basis or long term bass in primary schools in the local area. You will be ensuring pupils receive a consistently high standard of education whilst supporting them with theirlearning. You will need excellent supportive and coaching skills and a good knowledge of the national Curriculum. You will encourage positive pupil development and behaviour whilst working with the class teach to monitor pupil’s progression.

What you will need to succeed:

- A positive and energetic attitude to work
- Current DBS on the update service (we will support you with this)
- Have a good standard of English and Maths
- Be well-motivated to work with children
