Acorn Early Years Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to child-led learning and outdoor experiences. Our Sharnbrook nursery, located in Colworth Science Park, offers fantastic outdoor facilities, including a forest school area, where children thrive in nature.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team, gaining hands-on experience while studying for a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You’ll work with children under five, supporting their development through play-based learning, creative activities, and outdoor exploration. Alongside practical experience, you'll receive dedicated learning time, workshops, and mentoring to support your studies.

This full-time role (36 hours per week) offers an hourly pay of £8.00, increasing to £9.00 after six months. Shifts vary between 07:15 am - 18:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You'll also gain a Paediatric First Aid certification and support for Maths and English qualifications if needed.

We seek individuals who are nurturing, creative, and passionate about outdoor learning. To apply, you must be eligible to work in the UK, pass an Enhanced DBS check, and provide references.
