As Head of Room you will:

- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
- Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
- Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
- Lead and support your team together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always.
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
- Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 3 years experience of working in a day nursery and at least 2 year of leading a team

Pay: £31,000.00-£32,050.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 3 years (preferred)
- Childcare: 3 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
