**The Role**:
**Commercial Kitchen Cleaner**

We are looking for a hard working person to join our Kitchen Brigade. This is a manual job, moving large pieces of equipment and heavy pans. Being responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, working with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen is compliant to EHO regulations. You will have the right PPE to use the chemicals required.

The Role will involve the following
- Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
- Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Assisting Chefs with compliance for audit and EHO purposes
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting Cleaning Chef stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

- Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from your work
- Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
- Experience of kitchen equipment
- Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
