**About the Role**

As an Order Picker and Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This part-time position offers **25 hours per week** and is perfect for someone who values work-life balance while being part of an exciting industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Picking, packing, and labelling customer orders for daily dispatch
- Restocking products in the packaging area
- Conducting stock counts (typically 3 times per year)
- Unloading containers and organising goods in the warehouse
- Processing returns and checking goods for damage
- Maintain an organised warehouse environment by properly storing stock and managing inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Repackaging and testing returned products
- Preparing and palletising products
- Operating electric pallet stackers
- Creating shipping labels for various carriers
- Managing orders from multiple platforms (Amazon, eBay, and our online shop)
- Taking customer orders
- Responding to customer queries

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous warehousing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge, including experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems efficiently
- Understanding of Health & Safety guidelines
- Customer service experience
- Physical capability to lift and move products up to 23kg

**Bonus Points**: Leadership or managerial experience is a plus
