**About the Role**:
As a Digital Lead your main objectives will be driving the performance of the SkillsBlock.io website and establishing it as a channel in its own right.

You will play a key role in driving QA’s online presence & increasing awareness through social media channels (Discord, YouTube, Twitter, and Telegram) and be responsible for content, posts, analysis, success metrics; as well as driving a talented team of content and social media experts to organically expand SkillBlock.io.

**About You**:
You will be passionate about Cryptography and Blockchain, creating a community and branding via social media platforms such as YouTube and Discord; you will have created and owned similar content previously.

Content guidelines and best practice will be at the core of your work, you will provide evidence of using content to successfully improve site performance and SEO rankings - engagement and conversion;
You will have a portfolio of engaging and informative content for social media and be passionate about telling us about the work you have done before.

Building and managing a community on Discord will be at the heart of your previous work and you will be keen to tell us about the success you had in the past. You will also bring a knowledge of using content management systems, website design and content best practice.
