Duties:

- Inspect and maintain railroad tracks to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing ties, repairing switches, and adjusting track alignment
- Use specialized tools and equipment to measure track geometry and identify any defects or abnormalities
- Repair or replace damaged track components as necessary
- Install new track sections or extend existing tracks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on or near active railroad tracks

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve track issues
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and repairs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report any track issues

No Experience required full training will be given.
