Are you passionate about maximising the potential of software teams using flow techniques? Are you able to embed software development practices in a team helping them own their ways of working?

We are looking for a bold agile practitioner to coach our teams of compiler experts to deliver to their potential.

You will be working closely with our compiler teams who develop open source LLVM technology, ensuring that this ubiquitous compiler infrastructure has excellent support for Arm processors. Our work supports the success of the most powerful Arm processors in the Server and High Performance Computing sectors used by industry, government and academia to perform ground breaking scientific research and simulations at the cutting edge of scientific research.
**Responsibilities**:

- Help them design and conduct effective ceremonies and processes.
- Foster a psychologically safe environment in the teams.
- Work with product owners to plan successful product increments.
- Promote flow techniques and agile ways of working in the team and Arm more widely.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Sophisticated knowledge of agile theory and flow techniques.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence and their APIs

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working with open source projects in an agile context
- Line Management experience or interest - pastoral care, performance review, supporting career development and coaching
