Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services are looking for an Administrator Supervisor to manage the team where you will be supporting our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional administration service.

Main Responsibilities

To manage a team of people being responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping.

To provide a comprehensive service to all regional people in order to deliver contract services e.g. data capture and analysis, work order reporting and processing, produce and coordinate reports, minute taking, housekeeping, auditing records, environmental and quality coordinating and reporting, manage allocate added value administration tasks, provide adhoc advice and Team Administrator and Operations Room tasks.

To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose in compliance with the contract core service modules e.g. oversee Operations Room procedures, equipment testing and calibrating, safety communications, responding to operational calls, maintaining safe place, surveillance, maintaining public rights of way, access control, data capture and input, work orders processing, vehicle management, plant and machinery servicing and fault reporting.

To use a variety of office equipment and technology as required including both PC and tablets, paper-based systems, multi media centre, laminators, etc, using bespoke software and web-based information systems.

Open minded approach to work and flexible timings.

People Management with proven experience. Planning staff schedules and rotas including annual leave and sickness 24/7.

To liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery e.g. the Employers representatives regarding added value administration, wider training estate users including the general public, other contractors regarding site usage

Knowledge of management theories and techniques

Business Management or People Management with proven experience

A good level of numeracy and literacy gained through a Level 2 qualification such as a G.C.S.E. grade A-C or equivalent and proven experience

Knowledge of Health and Safety gained through IOSH Managing Safely.

Ability to operate office equipment effectively

Ability to operate office and communications equipment effectively Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word to a high standard
