**We’re looking for x2 Accounts Receivable Administrators to join us in Bradford on a permanent full-time basis**

The Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including end-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts payable and receivable, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internal policies.

Based in our Shared Service Centre, known as LGSSC. Acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems. This central team supports a number of businesses across the Liberty Global footprint including Virgin Media.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure fast query resolution.
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to resole queries.
- Reconciling accounts using MS Excel.
- Processing a variety of different invoices.
- Supporting Managers on audit requirements to provide information and evidence as required.
- Using various communication tools including Microsoft Office & Tools to communicate with Team members and stakeholders.
- Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and resolve queries.

**We tend to look for people with**:
Essential:

- Experience of working within Accounts Payable/Receivable department.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Attention to detail both verbal and written communication.
- Experience of processing invoices or data entry.

Desirable:

- Experience of working with systems such as Oracle and APRO.
- Experience of working in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets without compromising on quality.

**Experience**:

- Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred)
