**The role**:
SEI Oxford is recruiting a highly motivated Research Fellow to lead SEI’s work in the Adaptation at Altitude programme and other SEI projects involving the development of online climate change adaptation knowledge-sharing tools and their related communities of practice.
Through weADAPT and related projects, SEI Oxford has become widely known as a successful knowledge broker for climate change adaptation and related issues. The weADAPT platform and connected portals such as the Adaptation at Altitude Solutions Portal work with knowledge producers and users to curate and provide relevant and accessible knowledge to different stakeholders. - Develop partnerships with other key knowledge providers and tool developers working in these areas to connect related knowledge shared across various websites, and expedite the shift towards an ‘ecosystem’ of knowledge where users can quickly and easily find relevant information.
- Project manage SEI’s role in an international climate change adaptation programme, including budget management and allocation, coordination of, and delegation to, colleagues, twice annual reporting, and travel for partner and wider meetings.
- Support programme communications and contributions to knowledge-sharing tools, including through writing and disseminating syntheses of colleagues’ and stakeholders’ outputs.
