**Groundwork Gangs (Labour Only or Labour and Plant)**

ASK provides a full supply and fix contracting service to major housebuilders, contractors and developers and are currently looking for established, experienced groundworks and civils gangs who can ideally provide Labour and Plant Services on agreed prices. (Labour Only will be considered)

We wish to hear from gangs experienced in the following aspects of groundworks with experience of working on major housing sites:
**Plot Works**

Dig & Concrete Traditional Foundations

Internal / External Drainage to include Waterservices and Drag out Manholes

Installing Service Ducts

Pot & Beam Floors

Concrete Screed on Insulation/Visqueen

Scaffold Mats

Footpath Formation with Kerbs and Edgings

Flagging Houses

Block Paving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20.00-£45.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
