Temp - Perm Assessments Officer

Are you extremely IT literate and enjoy analysing data with meticulous attention to detail?
My client is looking for someone to join the Assessments team to Provide excellent customer service and assist with the smooth operations of the department, maintaining the highest quality of written and oral communications and the accurate and timely administrationof manual and computerised records.
As an Assessments officer your main duties will be:
**Client Service**
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external visitors, colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders and ensure they are dealt with in a professional manner
- Actively look for ways to improve service and implement if appropriate or bring proposals to the attention of others
- Be flexible in approach to role and task completion and when applicable 'step in' or 'step up' to other roles/positions that may need support
- Record all contact on the CRM system, ensuring that a complete and accurate record is saved and updated with each contact
**Achieving Results - General**
- Accurately enter data on the Client Management System, produce, collate and distribute reports within agreed time-scales. File and retrieve records, photocopy and undertake other general administration duties.
- Receive and record client documentation and implement follow-up procedures to ensure full compliance.
- Provide accurate and consistent information to clients in relation to assessment procedures and assist in the organisation and administration of course assessment and examination programmes
- Assist in the publication of results ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Ensure that appropriate facilities for assessments and examinations are in place in accordance with Inclusion Plans
**Teamwork**
- Provide relief cover for other members of the wider operational services team and be flexible and co-operative within the needs of the post
- To work co-operatively with other Teams and to contribute to the development of integrated processes and systems that impact all Teams.
- Work co-operatively with fellow business professionals and tutors to encourage good working relationships and maintain high levels of client support and delivery
- Support fellow team members to achieve deadlines within and beyond your own area of responsibility.
- As part of the support services team, assist with ensuring the general smooth running of the centre. This may involve helping with the delivery, storage and distribution of assessment materials and general support for special events etc.

- Actively take responsibility for your own personal career development in all respects
- Keep abreast of any changes in assessment procedures or Assessment Regulations
- Keep abreast of any changes/updates in Learning Support initiatives, procedures and arrangements
