**About the job**:
As a customer service onboarding consultant, you will be setting up new customers and supporting them during their first month with us.
A positive and confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner, you will be the first interaction for many prospective customers looking for a tech-led solution to their challenges. As a member of the customer support team, you will play a key role in handling customer support calls to onboard new customers and resolve any queries timely and efficiently.
**What will you do?**
- Onboard new customers by delivering training.
- Handle inbound customer support calls and answer webchats and tickets.
- Record customer data accurately.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and training sessions with clients.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Hit your call time and upselling targets using a “soft sales” approach.
- Provide excellent customer service

**What do you need to apply?**
- Be proactive - you must be driven to succeed and hit your targets _(Essential)_
- Great organisation and attention to detail to manage your phone, diary and data systems. _(Essential)_
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums. _(Essential)_
- Resilience to bounce back from unhappy customers. _(Essential)_
- Empathy for customers and the ability to remain calm and professional. _(Essential)_
- Have a good understanding of tech (Android, iOS, Windows) and experience using Google Suite. _(Desirable)_
- At least 1 year’s experience in customer service/support. _(Desirable)_
