Due to our phenomenal growth we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Advisor to join our new Yavolo team based in York. Yavolo is the Worlds first bundle powered marketplace. This allows sellers to work together to build better deals. When shoppers buy a bundle, they save a bundle too with lower prices and free delivery guaranteed. Buying multiple items has never been easier with Yavolo’s unique bundling technology pairing up the very best products to give you a sensational deal every time.
You will be analytically minded and commercially aware, with amazing IT and organisational skills to help deliver outstanding value and excellent performance across our new marketplace.
**Daily Tasks**:
- Build amazing relationships with prospective customers and sales channel representatives.
- Use direct marketing, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts or sellers that will complement our existing record.
- Be an advocate of the Monster Group brand and our amazing variety of products.
- Liaise with various contacts across different marketplaces and companies to drive sales and maintain successful relationships.
- Negotiating with new accounts or sellers for high/good value bundles to sell on our new marketplace.
- Onboarding new sellers to the new marketplace.
- Overall account management of new sellers.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Commercial awareness to maximise profitability and seek out the best opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Amazing time management - you’ll be expected to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience with lead generation would be desirable but not essential.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience of working in a CRM tool would be desirable but not essential.
- Forward-thinking, innovative and pro-active.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

**Working hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch).
You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
