About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant with Smile Education, you’ll provide essential support to teachers and help create a positive learning environment for students. You’ll work with children of different ages and abilities, aiding in their educational, emotional, and social development. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
- Assisting the teacher in classroom management and lesson delivery
- Supporting children’s learning on an individual and group basis
- Helping with classroom setup and resources
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in primary education
- A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
