**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced health or social care manager looking for a new role within an established mental health rehabilitation hospital?

The hospital director will be expected to achieve a high level of staff morale and be fundamental in developing the service.

The post holder will be responsible for implementing and evaluating agreed systems of clinical supervision and support aimed at the continual professional development of the nursing team, including education and training initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A good track record in a management role within the healthcare sector and understanding of mental health needs.
- An emphasis on performance and delivery in order to support successful service delivery and development, budget control, business development and revenue generation.
- A passion for improving clinical quality and individual care.
- An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership, is a critical factor in the success of this role.
