You’ll join the Performance Improvement team at Heysham 1, where you’ll support daily operations and help drive meaningful change. You’ll gain experience in performance monitoring, data analysis, organisational learning and testing new training programmes. This placement offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions and develop a broad understanding of nuclear operations. **What You’ll Be Doing** During your Performance Improvement Industrial Placement, you’ll work at #Heysham 1 within the Performance Improvement department. Past students have supported safety campaigns, developed analytical methods to optimise performance, and helped prepare contractors for major projects. **Your Work Location** You’ll be based on site at #Heysham 1 Power Station, within the Performance Improvement Department. **Who You Are** To be eligible for this EDF industrial placement, you need to be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a bachelor’s degree (2:2 or higher) in Business.
