Rematching Coordinator

We are recruiting to a new post to join our Homes for Ukraine team. The rematching coordinator will play a key part in the process of identifying and matching sponsors to our Ukrainian guests. This will include intervening to respond to any arrangements that may be at risk of breaking down or when rematching is required.
- You will have experience of developing and implementing efficient processes which will support the safe and timely matching process.
- You will be organised and flexible in your approach, be able to problem solve and work as part of a small team.
- You may need to have contact with members of the public making enquiries or seeking assistance to resolve complex issues.
- You will be confident and have experience of business and administrative processes including strong ICT skills
- You will have an insight to the challenges facing our Ukrainian guests and work in partnership with other partners from county and district councils to help achieve positive outcomes within local communities.
