A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a **Weighbridge Administrator** to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.
**Overall Purpose of the Role**:
To provide general administrative support to the local depot, duties to include operation and administration of the weighbridge data entry.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To weigh vehicles in / out of the depot
- To record the receipt of goods / services via SAP
- To co-ordinate and administer sales loads paperwork / annexes where required
- To co-ordinate and administer export photos where required
- To ensure all phone calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- To ensure all local filing is accurately completed
- To assist with Depot month end reporting
- Producing production KPI's for the General Manager
- Recording of moisture deductions accurately and in a timely manner
- To liaise with other depots / commercial teams / finance department / others to share knowledge, resolve queries and ensure the accuracy of input and output
- Monitor vendor weights and advise if low weights are received
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
**Personal Specification**:
Ideally you will have a proactive approach, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have great attention to detail, be willing to challenge processes and offer new ideas.
Experience with Microsoft Navisio and SAP is beneficial, but not essential. Previous experience in a recycling industry would be desirable. **Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.**
**Salary**:£25,000 p/a.
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:30 (you will need to be flexible with regards to this for early and late running vehicles).
**Holidays**:25 days holiday and 8 bank holidays.
