**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with their inquiries at the counter.
- Maintain an organised and tidy counter area, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed correctly.
- Collaborate with dispensary staff and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Address any patient concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Stay informed about new medications, products, and services offered by the pharmacy.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a pharmacy environment or customer service role is highly desirable but not essential.
- A background in patient care or customer service will be beneficial for this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
