**The Role**

The exciting role of Patient Services Navigator is integral to the smooth and efficient running of our Practice on a daily basis. In this key role, you will assist patients to access care, either by working in our telephone hub or on our busy reception desks. You will deal with general enquiries, projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors.

Lancaster Medical Practice is a large GP provider delivering General Medical Services to around 68,000 patients in Lancaster, the surrounding villages and the University campus. We deliver our services from seven locations throughout the city of Lancaster and its surrounding area and are continuing to develop ourselves to improve what we do for our patients, staff and the local community.

**What we ask**
- We are ideally looking for people who would like to work full days (8.00am - 6.30pm / 8.00am - 4.30pm / 10.00am - 6.30pm / 9:30 am - 8:00 pm) but would love to talk to you if you are interested in part-time options.
- That you have great attention to detail and previous experience working with the public/patients.
- Good customer care skills on reception and on the telephone.
- Willingness to work hard as part of our friendly LMP team in this rewarding and varied role
