**Junior Strategist Job Description**:
As a Junior Strategist at Campfire, you'll play a key role in supporting the Strategy team by delivering insights, conducting research, and shaping strategic recommendations for our clients. You'll work closely with the Strategy team, Creative Strategy, Client Services and delivery teams to ensure strategies are developed, effectively handed over, and continuously refined for maximum impact.
**Responsibilities** (The things we do)**:
As a Junior Strategist, you’ll support the team across research, insights, and strategy development to help create best-in-class strategies for new and existing clients.
**As a Junior Strategist, you will**:
- Conduct research & analysis independently, monitoring social trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity via social listening and research tools such as GlobalWebIndex.
- Identify key findings and insights to develop actionable recommendations for clients, drawing out the “why” behind the “what”.
- Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and shifts in digital marketing to continuously improve insights and recommendations.
- Support strategy development by gathering insights that shape campaign direction.
- Assist in briefing execution teams, ensuring strategy is clearly communicated and aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor strategy performance, proactively identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities.
- Assist in strategy check-ins with cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic plans are executed, measured, and optimised where necessary.
- Collaborate with teams across the agency, ensuring strategies are creatively compelling and aligned with campaign execution.
- Work alongside senior strategists to address key insights and develop robust strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients and their industries, ensuring strategy is informed, relevant, and impactful.
- Participate in client meetings, assisting senior members in communicating insights and recommendations.
- Ensure client-facing documents maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality.
- Assist in quality-checking and reviewing creative work to ensure it aligns with client requests and expectations.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, gathering data, and contributing innovative ideas to support new business efforts.
