**Maintenance Person/Handyman**

We are a care home group looking for a reliable Maintenance Person to undertake upkeep and repair tasks across our homes. The role will involve work across different care homes in the group, though mileage will be covered and a van may be provided if requested.

You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills and competency to use hand tools if needed. You will be responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- General building & ground maintenance
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Painting and decorating works
- Identify and report any major repair works

**Hours/Pay/Benefits**:

- Varying hours available, depending on the number of sites you take on - between 6 and 40 hours per week
- Rate: £12.45 per hour
