**Full time or part time considered for the right individual. Hours can be flexible, (at least 20hrs per week) and will be on site at our office in Manston**

Working as part of a small team office-based team you will be responsible for arranging Renewable energy solutions for a range of new and existing customers.

You will manage the first part of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to quote receipt and sales conversion.

Key tasks
- Monitoring customer enquiries from several different sources including our website, ebay, shared mailbox, referrals and purchased leads
- Initial customer phone interaction and information gathering
- Information logging via our CRM system
- Working with the renewable energy designers to ensure designs and quotes are provide in a timely manor
- Present quotes to customers to ensure quotes are converted to a sale gaining feedback where necessary

Key skills
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is desirable
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- A natural ability to build a strong rapport with customers
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Confidence and enthusiasm
- PC literate, working knowledge of MS office systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
