Part Time Nursery Finance

We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, we seek to appoint an experienced, helpful, and friendly Bookkeeper/Finance Administrator to provide effective and efficient finance & administration support. This will include; customer invoicing, credit control, funding management, bank reconciliations, timesheet & payroll management, and supplier account allocation. The working hours are flexible, but must be during the hours of 8am-6pm and 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

With your excellent attention to detail, you will prepare clear reports and reconciliations, and deal with routine queries from our nursery teams and their customers, ensuring accurate records are prepared and maintained to the required timetable.

You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, maintaining good relationships with our parents and other members of the team.

- Bookkeeping and small business bookkeeping software packages such as Xero
- Working to deadlines
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Should be able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong computer skills to manage daily responsibilities - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR
- Some experience working within a early years or school provision.

**Experience Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in an Early Years administrative role.
- Knowledge of a Nursery package such as Famly or Blossom would be advantageous.
