This role offers you the opportunity to join the Global Operations Change team in reframing the F2B control models and target operating models working with senior stakeholders to define and agree Operations risk appetite in line with the firms control frameworks.This is a global team of change experts working across a broad range of different business areas and processes. Skillsets range from highly technical business analysis through to commercial project delivery with teams working together across skillsets to drivean agile delivery model. Your skills and experience
Experience in Business Transformation (e.g. architecture, operating model design, process design, control model design)
Excellent business process modelling skills
Process transformation experience
Ability to bring multiple groups together and drive a detailed understanding of the process
A broad understanding of risk management across banking organisations
Demonstrate track record of delivering within complex and time pressured environments
High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines whilst delivery high quality output
