Caravan Maintenance Handyperson

Supported by the Maintenance Team Manager, as a Maintenance Team Member you are responsible for:
**Business**:
Repairs to the internal and external fabric of holiday homes and buildings
Plumbing and leak repair
Carpentry and glazing
Basic electrical repair and safe isolation
Appliance repair

Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.

Maintenance work will be carried out reactively as well as planned and preventatively. Providing quality workmanship and following all Lyons H&S requirements whilst on the job.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Llanberis, LL55 3PD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (required)
