A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a **BRANCH SALES MANAGER (No 2)** with a quality independent estate agents. They are looking for a service driven individual who is a strong and credible lister to join the current team.**
**Duties Include**:

- Registering applicants
- Viewing Vendor feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Booking market appraisals and viewings
- Conducting viewings
- General administration
- Valuing & Listing
- Running the office in the managers absence

**Requirements**:

- Full driving licence & car
- Residential property experience including listing
- Well presented and professional in appearance
- Customer focussed
- Organised and methodical approach
- Self motivated and hard working
- Local knowledge preferred
