Team Leader Permanent Contract for 24 hrs a week

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen St Albans

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early of 0600am start to support delivery to starting later to support closing the store at 21.00pm.

Must be available to work up to 4 out of 7 days each wee

**What the role is about?**
- A Team Leader supports the management team in the daily operations and is a key player in the store team to role model best practice.
- It’s a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.

**What are your Responsibilities**:

- Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s concept.
- Proficiency on tills and supports with advanced till functions.
- Handle tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to meet compliance of store standards.
- Support in leading the store team.
