**Introduction**:
Learning Curve Group is one of the UK's most passionate training providers and after a request acquisition of MPCT, have more than doubled our academy numbers, and in turn the number of learners we can impact each year. MPCT Schools is the pre-16 provision of Learning Curve Group (LCG). Transforming lives through learning is our vision and as a national, award-winning training provider, our intent is to deliver outcome driven school initiatives, adding value to learner development, enhancing school performance, and supporting nationally recognised priorities. MPCT Schools has two distinct delivery provisions: Young Leaders and our Schools 14-16 qualification-based programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Our Key Stage 4 (Higher Secondary / GCSE) schools provision actively supports learners (14-16 years old) undertake recognised and accredited vocational qualifications, which are focused on developing employability skills. We understand that many of our learners have diverse career aspirations; therefore, we ensure that qualifications are fit for purpose and facilitate appropriate knowledge acquisition allowing schools the option of implementing 1-, 2- or 3-year qualification-based programmes.
Our Young Leaders Provision caters for Key Stage 2 (Primary School) and Key Stage 3 (Lower Secondary) assists schools in developing their character education strategy and drives the acquisition and strengthening of values and virtues in young people. The initiative positively looks to challenge the impact of Covid, supporting personal development from lost learning, promoting the importance of school attendance through learner engagement, instilling confidence towards social interaction, embracing healthy behaviours, and adopting positive mindsets towards challenge and anxiety. The provision is founded on quality and impact, with each school receiving a series of bespoke reports that provide metrics and narrative on the progress of individuals and cohorts, demonstrating evidence-based outcomes for external review.

**DUTIES**
- You support learners across both provisions on in school and centre-based delivery across Anglesey/Gwynedd
- You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, across a range of level 2 qualifications to progress learners and support learner achievement.
- The role of KS4 delivery is spilt between academic delivery and military style fitness to support the development of physical and mental health This approach to fitness is replicated at the KS2 and KS3 delivery where we seek to engage learners through active learning and ignite success through character education to enhance and support progression within other areas of educational settings.
- To develop lessons that are innovative, planned, engaging and enjoyable to maintain motivation and develop strategies to support learners’ engagement and stretch and challenge those who attend our centres to be the best version of themselves in a safe, secure and challenging environment.

- Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times and you will be expected to act as the first point of contact for all safeguarding areas and welfare of the learners ensuring that confidentiality and professionalism are displayed at all times.
- Ensure that a 95% attainment rate of all learners is achieved.
- Ensure that timely and accurate recording and reporting of all learners progression is conducted.
- Provide fun, engaging and differentiated physical training for all abilities.
- Attend parents evening, options evening as requested by the organisation.
- Provide written and verbal and written feedback to parents, schools and partners as requested by school.
- Act as a point of contact for all schools to ensure that open communication is maintained to support learner development/progression.
- Act as a safeguarding lead for all learners.
- Deliver high-quality, innovative and contextualised lessons to support engagement and learning.
- Undertake all mandatory training as directed by LCG and following educational requirements.
- You must be comfortable with travel and hold a full UK license.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support learner progression.
- Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
