**Health Care Assistant**

**Jubilee Lodge Holiday Centre, Chigwell, Essex**

£12.13 per hour

Early = 07:30 - 15.30
Late = 15.00 - 23.00
Night = 22.00 - 08.00

**About Us**:
At Revitalise we create brilliant holiday experiences for people with disabilities and and their families. Revitalise is the only charity in the UK that provides holidays for people with disabilities and their carers in our purpose-built holiday centres.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests with daily living activities such as personal care, nutrition and hydration
- Monitor and recording guests' conditions and vital signs
- Support with mobility and transportation of guests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
- Communicate effectively with guests, families, and the healthcare team

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Communications skills, both written and verbal
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Natural ability to provide support and empathise with others
- Experience of working in the care sector
