**Cantonese Speaking Customer Service Advisor** / **£19000 per annum**/ **Working From Home**

Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Shifts: Based on time changes the shifts will vary between Monday to Friday 12:00am - 8:30am OR 12:30am - 9am.
Training Duration: 9 days remove training, full attendance required
Contract: Permanent
Language Requirement: Fluent in **Cantonese** speaking and good **Mandarin** written skills and understanding written language
Day to day responsibilities of the **Customer Service Advisor**
You will start your day signing into your systems, making sure you are ready for the day ahead.
Energetically and enthusiastically work as part of a high performing Customer Operations team.
Working in a fast paced targeted environment you will strive to achieve, responding to all queries in a polite and professional manner.
With an hour of rest time (made up of 30 minutes for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks) you will always have time to catch up with friends, get something to eat in the town centre, or perhaps grab some fresh air and go for a walk.

Skills needed to be a Customer Service Representative
We are looking for the following skills and attributes:
Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Customer Service experience.
Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.
PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
A good consistent typing speed.
Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment
