**Requirements**:

- **18 Years and Above**: Applicants must be over 18.
- **Driving Experience**: Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
- **Clean Record**: Maintain no more than 6 points on your license.
- **Drug Test**: Mandatory before assessment.
- **People Skills**: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Flexibility**: Adapt to rotating shifts starting as early as 4 AM.
