GXO is currently seeking a driven and talented individual for the role of **Warehouse Supervisor**, to join our co-pack department within our state of the art, flagship Nestle site based at East Midlands Gateway. You will lead your team to achieve business goals, maximising productivity and efficiency whilst focusing on continuous improvement and colleague wellbeing.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. The hours of work will rotate fortnightly between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to **£36,711 **per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Day to day management of the co-pack function, taking responsibility for all aspects of staff performance, you’ll lead, motivate, coach and develop your team to exceed KPI target expectations
- Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
- With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced production, warehouse or logistics environment
- The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
- Strong communication skills, engaging your team to drive a positive culture on site
- Be self-motivated, take full ownership of the shift, processes and responsibility for own and your teams’ workload to achieve optimum productivity
