Ravenscroft Healthcare Ltd. is a rapidly expanding private organisation offering services to both private and NHS sectors across London, Milton Keynes and Berkshire.
Ravenscroft Health is a specialist rehabilitation and pain management centre. We treat thousands of patients each year with a vast range of orthopaedic, neurological, paediatrics musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions as well as sports injuries and post surgical rehabilitation.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Senior Administrator for our busy practice in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The person appointed will be appropriately qualified and have outstanding leadership, HR and organisational skills with a heart for people and professionalism.
Working with the Admin Lead, the Senior Administrator will support the Milton Keynes practice operationally, ensuring targets are achieved and also contributes to the development of the service.

Job Summary
- Act as first port of call to the admin staff and ensure efficient and effective procedures are in place for smooth day to day running.
- Produce a fair and consistent monthly admin rota, approve annual leave in line with the business activity, ensure adequate cover and produce weekly plans for the week’s preparation
- Ensure adequate administrative cover is available at all times including short notice absences and sickness.
- Be confident with absence reporting and completing return to work interviews
- You will support with 3 months and 6 monthly probation reviews, objectively feedback on the performance of individual team members, highlighting additional training requirements and will be involved in their appraisal process.
- Liaise with HR for performance and probation reviews.
- You will support the Admin Lead in recruitment and will be responsible for training new members of staff
- You will be trust worthy with the management of confidential information and will participate in the recruitment of new team members into the department
- You will effectively manage patient feedback, be professional and demonstrate empathy with patient complaints
- Monitor clinic waiting times and individual clinician diaries.
- Confirm that regular testing and maintenance of intruder and fire alarms has taken place.
- Support practice manager to ensure staff and work place risk assessments, audits and incident reporting and management are carried out in a timely manner.
- Undertake general admin duties and support the team where needed
**Complaints Procedure**:
- Support the Admin Lead with the Clinic Complaints Procedure. Wherever possible, facilitate a satisfactory resolution of any complaint received.
- Support the Admin Lead to effectively maintain complains register and to perform complaints audit. Support in implementing any changes necessary to systems or processes where a need for improvement has been identified.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Up to £19,500.00 per year
