Home Care Assistant

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Home Care Assistant** to join our team here at **Caring Crew **working in people’s homes in the **Peterborough** area.

Please note, due to the needs of the clients, we can only take on female staff currently.

**Shift patterns**: We can offer you excellent working patterns to suit your personal life.

Day shifts are working between 7am and 10pm and we have morning shift patterns of 7am - 3pm and evening shifts of 3pm - 10pm

**Hours**: We can offer you excellent working hours to suit you ranging from 16 hours a week up to 40+ hours a week if you’d prefer. Excellent shifts to work around your family life.

**Pay**: Starting rate of pay of £10.75 an hour, which goes up if you have a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ qualification

**PLUS** a £250 joining bonus paid to you which is paid to you when you pass your probation.

**Caring Crew **are a quality home care provider covering the Peterborough area and one of the largest care providers for the local council. We are rated **Good **with CQC, and work closely with Peterborough City Council, the NHS and private clients to deliver high standard and reliable care to clients in their own homes.

**Please Note**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Salary**: £10.75-£15.35 per hour
