Our Bedfordshire client is in a high growth potential company, a successful recruitment business that has gone from strength to strength, and still growing. They’re looking to onboard a forward-thinking Technology or IT Recruitment consultant who will bringpositive energy, share their vision, making positive contribution and share the successes.

**Responsibilities**:

- using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
- headhunting
- requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

They will build strong relationships with client stakeholders managing their accounts and ensuring client’s experience and expectations are given the highest priority and successful results are achieved.
