We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader to guide our team in our new female-only supported accommodation provision. You will bring a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, and your leadership will foster a supportive and empowering environment for both the women we serve and your team.

You will have the ability to inspire and motivate your team, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate challenges with empathy and professionalism. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, offering solutions, supporting your team, and making critical decisions when needed.

Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
