**About Us**:
The Personal Agent is an established estate agency known for its commitment to quality and exceptional service across all property types. We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a talented photographer who can capture the essence of both everyday and high-end properties, as well as lifestyle images that represent our brand.

**Role Overview**:
We’re not looking for a typical property photographer. We need a creative professional who can bring a fresh perspective to our visual content, capturing everything from cosy family homes to stunning luxury properties. This role requires someone who can showcase properties in a way that resonates with a wide audience while also contributing to the brand's visual storytelling and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Photography**: Create high-quality images that highlight the unique features and character of a diverse range of properties, from family homes to luxury estates.
- **Lifestyle Photography**:Capture lifestyle shots that reflect the different aspects of the communities and living experiences associated with each property. This includes photographing interiors, exteriors.
- **Behind-the-Scenes**: Document the activities and moments that reflect the passion of our team, come along to video shoots to capture behind the scenes content of the agents whilst on set offering a glimpse into the world behind The Personal Agent.
- **Post-Production**: Edit and retouch images to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all our visual materials.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other creatives to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing property and lifestyle photography across different property types. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Experience in both standard and luxury property photography is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- An eye for detail and an ability to portray a wide range of properties in a way that resonates with different audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for storytelling through imagery and a creative approach to capturing diverse property styles.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
