We are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join the team at our Parts facility in Bradford. This role will provide support to internal and external customers with parts and ancillary product requirements.

**Hours**:Monday to Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)

**Day to day duties will include**:

- Receiving and unloading new stock deliveries
- Locating and ordering parts from product manufacturer when UK warehouse is out of stock
- Providing estimates, invoices, and credits when applicable
- Handling payment collections and ensuring all parts are billed correctly
- Sourcing and managing new local and national cost-effective supply partners
- Provide admin and operational cover for Bradford Service Workshop activities
- Other general warehouse and site administration duties as and when required

**The ideal applicant**
- You will be IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Navision
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will be a team player
- You will be able to work under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines
- You will be able to network and build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fork-lift licence desirable
- Previous parts or warehouse experience would be an advantage
