You will be responsible for the clinical management and leadership of the Integrated Physical Healthcare team within the Prison establishment.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day organisation and smooth running of the multi-disciplinary team, providing a service to a diverse caseload of patients who are presenting with Physical Healthcare problems.

To lead and coordinate a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of effective clinical management of patients who have a wide range of health issues.

The role is pivotal in leading and co-ordinating a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to meet the needs of the patient population across the prison establishment.

To lead effective Physical Healthcare services for patients, which deliver against required standards.

To demonstrate innovative practice, whilst collaboratively working with multiple stakeholders, maintaining clinical efficacy, enabling the service to compete as provider of choice to local commissioners.
