**Role Overview**:
As a Midweight Graphic Designer at Pets at Home, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through innovative and visually stunning designs. You'll work closely with our Senior Design Lead and various cross-functional teams to create a wide range of marketing assets, from captivating social media graphics to eye-catching in-store advertisements. Your ability to blend conceptual thinking with impactful execution will be key to driving our brand's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bring our brand to life by creating visually compelling and aspirational designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, conducting research to enhance your designs.
- Fearlessly pitch and challenge creative concepts, contributing to a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate consumer insights into captivating designs.
- Work on diverse projects including brand identity, campaigns, packaging, social media assets, and more.
- Stay updated with design and digital trends to influence our design direction.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, partnering with sales and marketing to leverage design for value.
- Meet production schedules and deadlines for all communications.
- Drive process improvements for greater efficiency within cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Design Lead, external agencies, and copy teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Engage with key stakeholders to consistently deliver high-quality creative aligned with business objectives.

**Essential Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, either in-house, studio, or freelance.
- A fun, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a reputation for exceeding expectations.
- Strong connection to creative culture and emerging industry trends.
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience crafting visual storytelling decks from scratch.
- Confident presenter with effective communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, delivering consistently high-quality output.
- Strong multitasking skills with a focus on prioritization.
- Understanding of customer journeys and responsive marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe CC suite, Figma).
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and diverse perspectives.
