We want our Front of House Team Members to be great team players at Earl Of Spencer You don’t need any experience to join as a Front of House Team Member as we will teach you the rest. We want you to be able to connect with the team and deliver a great experience to the guests at Earl Of Spencer.

As a Front of House Team Member your primary role is to welcome and engage every guest, ensure the highest quality of service

**A little bit about us**

Pub & Dining encapsulates the relaxed atmosphere of a suburban local pub. If you love getting to know guests, building a community of customers, serving and giving friendly advice about our range of products and are passionate about serving good quality, hearty pub classics, then a career with Pub & Dining could be for you. The Earl Spencer, Southfields is an Edwardian local gastropub with vintage decorations and a large pavement-side garden. We are dog-friendly with refreshments available for furry friends. Afternoon tea and Sunday roasts are featured on the menu and well-loved by locals. A ten minute walk to Southfields station (District line) and one mile from Wimbledon tennis ground.
